Built in Luxembourg for practices that are too busy to answer
ClinicAll is a product of AInnovate, the software brand of EXIGE SARL in Luxembourg. We build voice assistants that answer the phone for medical and optical practices and book directly into their software.
Why we built it
Small practices lose calls for a simple reason: the people who answer the phone are also the people looking after patients. Every call taken at the desk interrupts someone, and every call missed can be a patient who books elsewhere.
We started with one ophthalmology practice across two sites in Luxembourg and Belgium. Its assistant has been live on the practice’s phone line since 31 May 2026, and what we learn there shapes the product for every practice after it.
How we work
- We connect to the software your practice already uses instead of asking you to change it.
- Your team approves how the assistant responds before any patient hears it.
- Anything the assistant should not handle goes to your team as a callback request.
- We publish only figures we can show from production data.
